Adv. Nikhil Rajput, the Managing Partner of this firm i.e. “Rajput Arbitration Chambers”, is a distinguished arbitration lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and brings with him years of accomplished practice at the Bar. He currently serves as Senior Panel Counsel (SPC) for the Union of India before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and holds the position of Additional Central Government Counsel (ACGC) for the Union of India at the Rohini Courts, Delhi. A committed scholar, he is also simultaneously pursuing a Doctorate in Law, with a focus on arbitration and dispute resolution..
Previously had served as Deputy Counsel at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Delhi High Court for three years, Mr. Rajput has attended and contributed to the conduct of over 6,000 arbitration hearings in his tenure, earning deep insight into the nuances of institutional arbitration. Over the years, he has had the privilege of working alongside Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, esteemed Judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, District Courts & Eminent Senior designated advocates, and arbitrators drawn from diverse fields such as Bureaucracy, Engineering, Architecture and Chartered Accountancy.
In his prior role as a Government Pleader for the Union of India before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, he demonstrated consistent legal acumen and strategic excellence in high-stakes litigation and arbitral matters.
